trying to focus on my solid ground , avoiding or limit to talk in my weak areas , to be self confident & to avoid fear through harden my knowledge , solidify my English language which appear to be a challenge for me as I am good and not fluent , consequently I will practice on conversation , i will focus on rics guidance notes , i will focus on reading ficid , i will focus on pre-tender stage ( tendering , procurement , .... ) as all my practice is in post tender , study expressions in nrm 2 ( prime cost , defined provisional sum , undefined , preliminaries , ..... ) , study the main competences as i am in weak knowledge in ( accounting , client care , sustainability ) , then i will start writing and compare , i will enhance generally through continuous cpds , the most important feedback is not to fear and to be self confident .
